What is G4mify?
G4mify helps organizations track and reward team contributions to strategic initiatives. Admins define initiatives, Managers own and execute them, and Individual Contributors (ICs) earn points for their work.
The platform uses a point-based system with collaborative calibration to ensure fair, transparent recognition across your organization.
How It Works
- Admins create strategic initiatives — defining goals, success criteria, and base point values for each initiative.
- Points are calibrated — through collaborative Planning Poker sessions where managers vote on appropriate point values.
- Managers own initiatives — adding contributors, setting allocation percentages, and tracking progress.
- Points are dispensed at checkpoints — managers review progress and award partial points as work progresses.
- Initiatives are completed — managers request completion, admins review and assign a tier (Full, Partial, or Incomplete), and remaining points are distributed.
- Contributors earn recognition — through the leaderboard, tier badges, and achievement tracking.
